Description:
A clean, sharp plaque from Dixon Philips & Co of Sunderland, very well potted with a crisp finish. The redecoration has been carefully applied, providing a great contrast between the pink/copper lustre border and the monochrome transfer against the cream background. The rear is impressed with the makers 'anchor' mark.
Circa 1839-50
Approx - 8.25 inches (210mm) dia.
In very good condition throughout.
